Time Machine Cars protects your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Name and email address to create and manage your account.
Vehicle details (make, model, year, mileage, condition, VIN), price, location, seller contact info, photos, and videos.
We request camera access to let you take photos of your vehicle directly within the app when creating a listing. For example, you can use your device's camera to capture high-quality images of your classic car's exterior, interior, and engine bay without leaving the app.
We request location access to automatically determine your city and state when listing a car for sale, and to show nearby vehicles on the map search. For example, when you create a listing, we use your location to populate the "Location" field with your city and state. On the map page, we use your location to display classic cars for sale near you.
Message content, buyer/seller communications, and review text with ratings.
Saved listings, search filters, and listing view records with your email when logged in.
Payment status only—we do not store full card details.
Listings are public and include seller name, vehicle details, location, photos, and optionally phone number. Reviews and comments are publicly visible. Email address is displayed.
We do not sell your information. We share only what's necessary with payment processors, email providers, and infrastructure providers to operate the platform.
We retain your information while your account is active. Deleted listings are removed from public view. Contact us to delete your account.
We use HTTPS and access controls to protect your data. Use a strong password and keep your credentials confidential.
